    Unfortunately, no. As we are constantly working hard to bring the latest trends to you, our furniture is ever changing which makes us hard for us to produce a physical catalogue. However, do not fret! Just give us a call and we will be more than happy to show you options that best suit your needs.

  • I have a project that needs a quote, what should I do?

  • What is the Design Your Office Tool?

    Our Design Your Office Tool is an interactive feature specially designed to give you a quick visualization of your desired office. You will be able to quickly and easily select furniture for your office space, trying out different combinations, colours or arrangement possibilities complete with a budget estimation after you are done, making it easier for you to get a rough overlook of your office space.

  • Can the furniture configurations shown in the Design Your Office Tool be sized to fit my desired space?

    Yes. Just inform us of your preferred furniture selections and email us the AutoCAD file of your space and our CAD designers will be able to work with you on the sizing to properly fit your space. If you don’t have the AutoCAD file you could request it from your building management and they should be able to provide it to you.

  • Are different colour combinations and finishes available other than those shown in the Design Your Office Tool?

    Yes. The colour combinations and finishes featured in the Design Your Office Tool are standard colour trends for commercial office furniture to give you a rough overall idea. If you have your own design vision or would prefer to see different colour and material combinations, just let us know and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

  • Are EzyLease furniture affordable?

    Having a wide selection of vendors working with us, we carry furniture from various price ranges to suit our customers’ needs. As an office solution specialist, we take pride in being able to source out the best options for our clients regardless of their budget.   • Why are there no prices listed on EzyLease website?

    Each furniture listed on our website are highly customizable to suit a variety of needs. You will be able to choose from various sizes, configurations, components and finish options that makes it hard for us to list them all due to its flexible nature. Also, due to the amount of discount that we are usually able to offer, we are not allowed to publish them as they are often below manufacturers’ minimum advertised price restrictions (MAP Pricing).

  • Will I save money by working with EzyLease?

    Most definitely! Our team of office consultants are highly knowledgeable in office planning and furniture and will be able to give you the best advices on how to maximize your budget and resources. Moreover, with our competitive pricing and quality furnishing, we are able to value engineer our items to help you achieve your budget and desired outcome without compromising on your concept.

  • Can I make monthly payments instead of a cash outlay?

  • Is there a minimum furniture package amount required to lease from EzyLease?

    We believe in all businesses be it small, medium or large offices. Regardless of your budget you can rest assured that we will maintain our high service standards and provide you with the best options.

PROJECT PLANNING

  • At what point in my project should I contact EzyLease?

    As it is important for us to understand the full scale of your needs, it is best to contact us as early as possible, preferably at project inception. This way, our project experts can produce a preliminary budget and furniture plan that would also help in your decision making during the construction phase of your office space. Also, as our furniture designs are made per order, it would normally take anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks – or more on rare cases – to produce once an order is placed. So to prevent interruptions in your project it is vital to contact us as early as possible.

  • Does EzyLease work with residential customers?

    Unfortunately, no. EzyLease only works with commercial clients.

  • How long will it take for EzyLease to set up my new office?

    All our furniture is made as per your order and would usually take from 3 to 6 weeks to manufacture once your order is placed. Hence, it is highly advisable that you engage us as early as possible for us to make the necessary arrangements and ensure that your project will be completed in time.

  • How can you help me plan my office space?
